Project Inquiry, Sample Review and Quotation Support
Contact Kandacork Glass to discuss custom spirits bottles, closures, stoppers, decoration and branded packaging projects. Share your bottle type, capacity, closure requirement, decoration idea, artwork file, quantity target or sample reference, and our team will help review suitable production, decoration and sourcing options for your project.
How We Work With Spirits Brands
Our focus is narrow by design:
- Spirits Bottles – standard and custom designs for whisky & whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, tequila & mezcal, brandy & cognac, liqueurs and RTDs
- Closures & Stoppers – bar-top stoppers, ROPP and screw caps, non-refillable systems, capsules and shrink sleeves
- Decoration & Branding – glass surface finishes and on-glass graphics such as frosting and etching, colour coatings, matte and soft-touch effects, metallic and pearlescent coatings, screen printing, decals and transfers, embossing and debossing, hot foil stamping, metallization, metal and plastic badges and bottle neck charms
You are speaking with a team that spends every day on spirits packaging rather than general glass trading.

Custom Spirits Bottle, Closure & Decoration Inquiry
Please share a few details about your spirits project so we can prepare suitable bottle, closure, and decoration options. For custom glass bottles, our standard MOQ is 6,000 pcs per design and we normally ship by full containers (20GP / 40HQ) for safe, cost-efficient export logistics. Closures and stoppers can usually be supplied in smaller quantities and shipped by courier, depending on your project needs.

Who You’ll Be Speaking With
When you get in touch, your enquiry is handled by a dedicated account and project owner rather than a shared inbox.
That person:
- Coordinates design, engineering, production, quality and logistics inside our factory
- Acts as your single contact for both commercial and technical questions
- Stays with your project from early sketches through drawings, samples, first production and repeat orders
You always know who is responsible for your project and how to reach them.

Quality, Compliance and Documentation
Most distilleries and brand owners need more than a good-looking bottle. Internal standards, bottling-line performance and market regulations all matter.
On request we can provide:
- An outline of our quality control process for bottles, stoppers and capsules
- Typical tests performed on packaging components
- Dimensional checks and visual inspection
- Leak and torque testing for closures
- Cold or thermal shock testing where relevant
- Certificates of analysis for production batches
- Food-contact and migration test reports covering glass, closures and decoration layers
- Packing specifications and palletisation drawings for your logistics or bottling partner
If your organisation uses its own supplier-approval checklist, share it with us. Our quality team will map our procedures and documents to your requirements.

Online Factory Visit
If travel is difficult, you can still review our capabilities through a live video tour focused on spirits production.
A typical session can include:
- Raw material handling and cullet management
- Glass forming lines running spirits bottle moulds
- In-process inspection and testing equipment
- Closure, capsule or decoration areas relevant to your project
- Packing, palletising and container loading for export
Sessions usually run 30–60 minutes, include live Q&A with production and quality staff, and can follow your own audit checklist or our standard tour.
We can host the call on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or WeChat.
Mention that you would like an online factory visit when you send your enquiry and we will propose available time slots.

What Happens After You Get in Touch
Once we receive your message:
- We review your brief and ask for any essential missing information.
- Our team shares an initial view on suitable bottle, closure and decoration routes, together with typical MOQs and lead times.
- If you wish to move forward, we outline the next steps for drawings, samples, tooling and first production, and your project owner stays in touch throughout.
We aim to respond to new enquiries within one working day on business days.
